Long-term success relies on our ability to generate electricity and decommission our nuclear sites in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
We benchmark our performance across these impact areas using the Business in the Community’s CR Index and, in 2011, were awarded Silver.
During 2011, Magnox Limited has undertaken a review of its socio-economic activity in the light of changes to the business as a result of the Magnox Optimised Decommissioning Programme. A development plan has been produced outlining the socio-economic situation at each of the 10 sites and making recommendations for the future.
